I am a survivor of severe, sadistic, childhood sexual abuse by my father and others from ages 4-11 years old. I have been in therapy a very long time, but only in the last 6 years has the therapy offered been helpful. I went through some bad therapists who gave bad therapy. I also have Bipolar 2, PTSD, OCD, Panic Disorder, and Binge-Eating Disorder.
