I know I have been in the throws of the menopause for a few years now and so far it has been OK. Hot flushes and night sweats have been the most I have suffered from, until now that is.
Now I am so up and down I feel like a yo-yo. One minute I want to cry, the next I just want to scream at everything and every body.
My poor husband is struggling to cope with it all too, and it does not go well with his PTSD. He has been shutting himself away more and more, just to keep himself away from my moods.
We have had a chat and he does understand, but he can't cope too well with a hormonal women.
I do have a Dr's appointment on the 4th of April, hopefully she will have some answers of what to do. I did not really want to go on Hormone replacement, but if it fixes me, then bring it on.
