Today is a new day my meds are working great. One of my abuser was charged yesterday.
Ive had to move area and home with my autistic son. Where we know nobody so no friends or family and not a clue how to find anything.
Ive been out of work for over two years now. And considering mingling with society again. Im a little worried about my triggers as i have so many due to CPTSD
I do yoga and thai chi in the house so thinking of finding a classes in the area .
Just hope i dont met any sociopaths lol . Im confinced they see my vunrebility and home in on me.
I can only try. I just want some kind of life back regardless of how small.
I know i have to be careful with who i let near me . But its a fresh start
