Hello all,
I've posted my story (and some ups & downs along the way). For the last eight months, my boyfriend has shown some real improvement with managing his PTSD. I'm so proud of him=) ... Now he faces some big life changes (including a new therapist) and I know that I should expect a change in the way he feels, thinks, and reacts to these changes. I'm certain that there will be an adjustment period for him, which means there may be some "rollercoaster" moments in our relationship.
I feel...we worked so hard to get to a healthy way of life - a good rhythm. I feel as though we're starting the wellness process all over again. I love him very much, stay in constant research, and gain strength where/when I can for myself...but it feels as though we're beginning from ground zero.
