Naming and understanding multiple emotions

Emotions come to me in layers and that is how I view them now; ...as layers of vibration and energy that carry information. It takes me a while, but I am getting better at naming, understanding, and processing multiple emotions and holding paradoxes.
 
I have an aversion for going to sleep. As far I can remember I always hate going to sleep.
Also I long for sleep every night. Sleeping sounds wonderful. Nothing Is better than sleeping
 
Next step now that I am able to identify emotions. When my head starts to wander or if I am feeling spacy at all I stop what I am doing and ask myself? How do I feel about what I am doing right now?
1. Love it
2. Happy to do it
3. Tired of doing it
4. Want to stop and do something that makes me feel better

Seems to be really helping the way I hyperfocus on my in-the-moment stuff. I am like a pitbull and refuse to stop until I finish something. I will adjust that to I will stop and finish later if I find I am not happy about doing it. Find something better to do right now.
