Practice some grounding techniques? I know you're probably already doing that, but my sufferer normally tells me to remind her of that; look around you, name off at least 5 objects in your vicinity, give their color, texture, scent if they have one. Pause and listen, name off at least 3-4 sounds you hear. Focus your mind on your current location and actions rather than your emotions (or lack thereof). Personally I totally understand that's hard as hell to do sometimes when you feel like shit. Your boss is an ass, so f*ck 'em. At least until your work's out of the way.
