I am a lover not a fighter.

But that doesn't mean I'll just roll over and let myself be trampled on. I'm damn fierce when necessary. I just prefer to go through life kindly and happily.

I am getting better at thinking things through. Yesterday I thought about two artists and decided that I would limit my time with them for various reasons. They are enmeshed in a co-dependent loop. I need to be around people who are not always talking about "problems." It was well thought out and reasonable.

I am getting better at setting priorities.

I try to be uplifting. Even though others see it as depressing. sigh. I guess what lifts me brings others down.

I am brave. I am moving forward at a reasonable pace.

I try to see all sides of an argument. Especially if two people are fighting. Though that might be annoying to the person who is telling me. Most people want you to pick a side.

I'm one smart cookie. I'm learning Mandarin Chinese. Why? Because I can that's why. It's not for work, it's not for school. It's for me. And I'm enjoying it a great deal.

I'm proud of myself for that.

I was really brave today. I went out of my comfort zone. I was grounded and present.
