My friend G, we've been besties for 30 years.

It takes a lot to make me smile. I don't smile much in general and today was no exception...I did not smile today but there is hope for a better day tomorrow.

I climbed this very steep stair on a hiking trail yesterday, and almost didn't make it to the top (fear of heights), but I did!

My legs feel it :)

I have about 50 ++ small birds in my back yard, and they all seem to have come mostly out of a 4 foot-diameter 'ball' of a shrub I trained in to a tree. I knew there was a tiny nest in the bird house, and probably one in the mini tree as a couple flew out after I pulled it over to trim it and then let it go (aka 'Earthquake!), but not THAT many.

Got up super early ... how everything is quiet and peaceful in the dark.

My kitty cat. She needed my attention a lot today and so I loved her and she just ate it up, so to speak. It was very healing.
