But unfortunately, the only means I have at finding a psychiatrist is basically just to cold call them. That's inconvenient and stressful for anyone.
I think that's the process for many, many people. Certainly is, here in the states. It's definitely inconvenient and stressful...and it's also just the unfortunate reality. It doesn't need to stop you; so if it helps, just know that it's the situation, it's not just you.
minus some light pressure in my head and some lightheadedness.
I meant to suggest - if you've not had one done in the last few months, you should get a complete physical, just to make sure that the lightheadedness isn't symptomatic of something else. I think we all tend to forget to do that.

Yeah thanks, I went to my GP twice, the ER once, my eye doctor, my gastro ( unrelated condition but can cause lightheadedness, fatigue).

Everything came back fine, thankfully.

I am going to get checked for mold exposure. Because I did have a problem in our basement with leaky water and I was working down there for a while, possibly being exposed. Not sure how long it takes for mold exposure to lead to an anxiety disorder but I heard that it is common and that mold can sometimes cause only mental symptoms. Unlikely but worth checking into.

Can you check patient reviews online?

Not from any website I know about. Not for psychiatrists I mean.

For psychologists you can, my last psychologist came highly recommended but I think she agreed with me on my self diagnosis of PTSD and that doesn't seem to be a good thing people are saying.

I found both psychologists pretty useless actually. Though I have no way of knowing 100%. Maybe talking it out live is helpful.

My big problem right now is my anxiety spike at early night time. It was worse a month ago when it was panic attacks. Then it became silent migraines. Now it just feels like a general feeling of dread and some slight light headedness.

Moving in the right direction, hoping it doesn't hit a bottleneck.
