@richter scale I contacted the vital records/court recorder office for the state I was born in. I got stuck at having to know the city and county. All I can say for sure was that it was southern California. I have a guess of 3 counties (which also happen to be the most populated 3 counties) but as far as cities go, I couldn't begin to tell you.

What state do you need this new license?

@Fred Derry What the heck, I usually don't share this info but I am willing to try anything at this point except give out my name. My current license is from California. I am currently in Utah and Yup, my current license expires in 4 days.

I am not sure what you are asking me @Fred Derry. I think you have a much more nuanced and practical understanding of the situation than I do?

Okay so you click on the Avatar (little picture of the person that you want to speak to privately). A rectangle will come up and you will see their image and some options.

Then you click on "Start a Conversation" And you fill out the subject line (like an email) and put a message in the body of the message. Then you click to send or more correctly "Start A Conversation".

I sent you two PMs Fred so you can see what you get.

You go up to the right hand side of the screen and you should see a little 2 on the envelope. Click on it and you should get two PMs from me.
