Okay, @FridayJones I read your other post over yonder. I see what you are talking about. I'm not a self-harmer any longer, although I did attempt suicide once, nearly died, was unconscious for about 10 days, only came to by the grace of God. None the less, I have been very careful not to let myself start with any more suicidal ideations. If they last longer than about 10 minutes and I cannot control them, I get myself committed into the mental ward like pronto! So I can relate on that front.

Anxiety. And lately, it's the worst it's ever been....ever. Nonstop; chest feels heavy, suffocating, dizzy, nearly blacking out, headache, ear pain, numbness in random areas. The two joints I have broken have been very stiff and sore, mimicking arthritis.

I also have Fibromyalgia that has been awful due to the anxiety and stress. My psoriasis and eczema have been awful as well as my acne. High amounts of stress and anxiousness cause my HSV to flare up as well.

I can't afford and don't even like antidepressants or anti anxiety medications. I'm out of insurance and as of Thursday, out of a job (yay, more stress!!!) but I do take theanine with relora for anxiety and it helps quite a bit. It's not fool proof but it does take a lot of the edge off and I found some tea for calming that also has relora in it and that is fabulous stuff.
