I completely overthink things. That is why CBT is good. You need it broken down and simplified. One step at a time. I never think I can do stuff and have faith in myself. I just know I HAVE to try and I get really confused and down and the CBT somehow it gets you on the right path and helps. Not that sometimes I think my psychologist is talking a load of bull, but later on I sort of reflect and I try.
