Recurring Nausea Caused By PTSD

I get nausea too. Have had it on and off all my life. But rarely do I barf from it. I also get motion sickness & claustrophobia of a sort (centered around an obsessive fear of vomiting in public for some reason) when I'm more wound and having the intrusive thoughts. I've tried using acupressure sea bands for the nausea, ginger, tummy teas, etc. For years I thought it was all just motion sickness. But I'm getting the sense that this is a symptom of the deep anxiety that has waxed and waned in my lifetime.

On a related, but slightly off topic note, it now looks like my recurrent eczema and asthma may also be related to anxiety, similar to some issues I had with bleeding gums during my most recent drawn out trauma. Bodies are weird when you choke stuff down. Weird weird I tell you.
