Sleeping With Ear Plugs

I do night shifts and kept getting woken up when my foam earplugs fell out. I got some Zenplugs earplugs which are moulded to your ears so they don't keep falling out.

Have you tried silicon ones? I work shifts too. I find the silicon ones are pretty good. You have to change them at least once a month though because they start to crumble.
