Small things, great victories. What’s yours?

After the gym this morning I XC skied for 2 1/2 hours. I think it has been 8 years, not much opportunity when I was living in Arizona. I only fell twice. I have been nervous about skiing since I had stem cell injections in my left knee a couple months ago. I think my trainer will make this my go to exercise while we still have snow.
 
I purchased premium versions of apps I’ve been using to help my fitness and health goals such as exercising regularly and eating enough as well as the correct macronutrients for my goals. Keeps me busy and focused on self care
