So glad I found this thread. Its funny how you just push on with certain symptoms cos they aren't the worst of your PTSD. I have a theory about this involving the ganglion and vagus nerve and possibly a thing called the cauda equina. I'm been having a tummy attacks for quite a few hours so maybe ill explain that another time. Just wanted to recommend belly rubs and following the pain with hand heat. Its like the warmth untangles the spasm and you can work it out like a knot .
