Subconscious Thoughts Coming Out In Therapy

Given I spend a fair amount of time in session fighting being vulnerable (and loosing the battle on occasion)
Oh my, I understand this and can relate so much. Fighting being vulnerable is something I've learned to do for so long in my daily life, it can be SO scary to "loose the battle". The first time my T brought up working on a deeper level or getting into the nitty gritty of things I had a panic attack right then and there. However, as embarrassing as it was, it was actually helpful because it gave me an opportunity to see how safe she really was and how well she responds in moments like that. Thank you to @zaniara for thinking up that wonderful "blah blah blahing" expression :tup:;) @Suzetig It sounds like you have a great T!
