Nice work, intricate and time consuming. We must all be drawn to fractals from the PTSD effects we have endured.
Mine are less time consuming as I photograph the design in nature and then eliminate the midtones leaving just shadows and light. I have sht a meadow of snow with tufts of grass poking though and have it come out like a flock of ravens filling the sky.
