I've been walking a lot lately, last week walked over 20km (12 miles) all over the city.
Been feeling good enough for it, especially in the mornings when the weather is comfy. It's still summer weather in the afternoon, so no dice in walking that much in the heat!

Temps should lower later this week, so I'm hopeful it will be okay to walk more again.

Sorry guys, I said I'd post photos of the Gorge and completely forgot, doh! Here are a few :)

I took about 70 photos, lots of slippery green rock climbing! it was amazing!

Thank you! I live in England, it's called Lydford Gorge. It's a tiny gorge in comparison to what you get over in America but we're proud of it! haha!

Ooooh, so lucky! You're in reach of Peneda-Gerês ? Portugal has some amazing parks.
