Today is a good day because...

I was able to run some errands after feeling paralyzed for days. I left my house, went to the post office, did some shopping, and got something to eat. All with no dissociation until bedtime. Hurrah!

Went to an alternative practitioner for myself today.. got loads of organic stuff.. seems to be a good Day!

Today has been.good so far.

1) had a.pdoc telephone call. She is good to me and cares.

2) went to the walking group.

Definitely not gross at all! (I mean there’s no shame.) When I’m symptomatic I sometimes go almost a week without showering. I’m working on self care, and trying to improve!

Today (well actually yesterday) was a good day because I cleaned up my home, helped my mom with looking at a house (moving soon, hopefully!) and did some grocery shopping.

Today is a good day because despite being completely down, I can have some relief in crying my eyes out and not seeing anyone and having some rest. I'm reassembling my courage to take a shower, but if I don't that's alright. I'm stopping berating myself.

It's a good day because I have already put away 2 boxes of craft supplies, assembled a microwave cart, and swept outside and it's only 6am.

Today is a good day because I can come to the board and read that many of those among us can face the same things that I do daily as well. It reminds me to hope anew, to be grateful and to regroup.

Today is a good day especially because I found several things that I misplaced during disassociation . It makes me feel triumphant in the moment!

Today is a good day because I was able to ask for help when I woke up dissociated. I was able to help my mom in her search for a new home. I was able to do some cleaning around my apartment. A win for fighting through my symptoms!

Today is a good day because I choose it to be. I choose to be happy and to look for positives. I express and then let go of my sadness and then the sunshine reappears, ....brighter than before.
