I'm feeling better and better since telling my therapist about my past. I really don't feel comfortable about talking about everything in detail, but just knowing that she has a much clearer picture of my story I think I might be a bit less on guard in my sessions because she will probably avoid triggering me rather than trigger me accidentally. I'm definitely feeling like this therapist is a great fit for me and I think there's some common ground between us already.
