What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful for small incremental changes.

I am grateful for sleeping well last night. That's a huge change for me. That's 6 nights of good sleeping.

I am grateful for more awareness.

I am grateful for David Burns' new book "Feeling Good".

I am grateful for busting down my distorted cognitions.

I am grateful for being more present and grounded.

I am grateful for my home.

I am grateful for nature around my home.

I am grateful for my partner who is so loving.

I am grateful for space to heal and change.

I am grateful for opportunities to go in a different direction in my life.

I am grateful for online meditation groups and online Mindful Dialogue Groups and online Sangha.

I am grateful for the Blue dog.

I am grateful for hope.

I am grateful for so many free online resources.

I am grateful for the Self Compassion Break.

I am grateful for RAIN.

I am grateful for my commitment to my ethics and morality.
 
I am grateful to be free from the everyday thoughts, particularly those that happened this day 12 years ago.
I am grateful for the few wonderful people that I have in my life, for support and celebration.
I am grateful for my daily comforts.
I am grateful in knowing that my love for God is received and I know my place in heaven.
I am grateful for my health that allows me to finish my business.
I am grateful to today, and every other day that I have to live and experience.
Lastly, I am grateful that I ordered canoli with out last carry out, and even in the darkest times, I learned of one more thing that I love.
 
I am grateful that my bag is super cute with bag charms on. Makes me really happy
