What Are You Grateful For Today?

Bad stuff happened, but it didn't completely paralyze me. I can still breathe. I can write this without elevating my heart rate.

I'm grateful for the tv show Strictly come dancing (DWTS)
I'm really grateful I don't have to be on it, I think I would hate to be on TV and luckily I wasn't asked anyhow :stop:
I'm grateful for feeling better than I did yesterday.
M grateful for Harry the cat.
I'm grateful the back if out flat hasn't fallen off - the water board are putting new piles in the river bank behind out house and it shaken everyone's home so much there's cracks all over the place. Out landlord is good and has put supports up everywhere and is gonna get things fixed. And the water board have started using a enter pile driver too. The first one used to make the whole house shake....

I’m grateful for sleeping the night through for the first time in 18 months. No nightmares or panicked awakenings. The relief brings me to tears.

I’m traveling overseas for work and had the opportunity to take a 3 hour horse ride from Lake Louise to Lake Agnes in Banff, Canada. I’ve missed riding. Think it needs to go back into my schedule.
