Food to eat.
Significant improvement in my management/recovery.
Opportunities for work.

Blue girl is okay.
A partner to snuggle.
Hot corn for breakfast.
My growing ability to be in my body.
A new social network to be part of.
Being so much less reactive.
Tightness but no pain in my right hip.
Knee is healing.
Meeting new and lovely people.
Being 1000 kms from all family.
Growing awareness of being in this now.
A tool box full of nifty schools.

My capacity for growth and change as a person. I can apply this discipline for developing as a teacher and I will be a kick arse teacher one day! I even improved yesterday.
 
I got some writing work done.
Made dinner.....mac and cheese with vegetables (a healthy version of mac and cheese?-corn, italian flavored tomatoes, green beans, less macaroni...but not less cheese) was better than I thought it would be......
I think I'll sleep w/o meds tonight (goal is to get off the sleeping meds)
Slept well last night.
I didn't lose weight last week while I visited my cousin (and we had pastries several days and no diet food) but I didn't gain any either.
I'm doing well on my positive self-talk.....good job to self kinda talk. ?
