What Are You Grateful For Today?

As much as it was too cold, the dusting of snow and the mountains shining so bright and white and stark against the dark clouds was beautiful and worth it. I live in this gorgeous place and I don't think I take the beauty for granted but I see most of it so often it doesn't have that grip at your heart feeling today did.

Puppies. Sometimes we just need that level of ridiculousness

I am grateful that try to make plans at work, that I talk to people that scare me and that I will continue to do things and talk to people today even though I am anxious

I am grateful that I have got time to spend with PB.

I am grateful that I asked for help at work, that people wanted me well when I cried, I kept going when I felt like shit

Grateful for a full n active day, feels good.

I'm grateful J is doing so well with his new T.

I'm grateful he's exactly who he is.

I'm so very grateful he came home.

I'm grateful we love each other.

I'm grateful I'm getting the hang of this whole "ptsd relationship" thing.

I have said it before, I'm grateful for this forum because I would never have been able to figure out what to do in my "ptsd relationship". (Without my own therapy team ?)

I'm grateful Dad took so many pictures while we were growing up. (He keeps texting all of us "kids" old pictures. He's so sweet!)

I guess I'm pretty darn grateful. Many thanks to all of you!! XO

I'm grateful that I have a home to come home to. Especially when I am dead tired.

In grateful that my boyfriend goes to bed at 6:30 so I can have some me time.

Now for the cat. I tried to kiss her and I get this. ( below pic) I love her so much. She's PTSD as well. I don't know what traumatized her but it was big. My doc said she had a pellet in her leg from a pellet gun and her tail has been broken twice. Anyway.. So much for a ?.

I sought out help at work, I opened up to my manager and it went really well, I work on things and I test the software
