I took a long hot shower and I am dressed in some pretty comfy clothes and having another cup of coffee and enjoying the day.

I watched Robin William's last movie, Boulevard. It was a poignant and simple movie and very different from his usual style. I felt sorrow for him as he was suffering hallucinations at the time due to a condition called Lewy Body Syndrome.
It's a condition that makes the sufferer see hallucinations that involve seeing dead relatives and friends. I hate that he suffered the fear that he was going insane. It was nice to see him in the movie and say a bit of a goodbye.

Told myself I'm not where nightmares told me I am, and my head kept feeling at for a good twenty minutes after.

And stopped reading the billing information as if I don't have to pay it today, no use worrying about it today.

I took my time waking up this morning and doing chores at a snails pace, but I have to get moving soon a little faster and so I am enjoing some down time to relax. Trying to remain calm.

I took a nap. I was tired, so I went to sleep right away.

When I had finished what I had planned to do today, I made myself a nice cuppa and went round the back and sat on the garden bench, had a smoke and watched and listened to the birds on the bird table.

I'm glad I made it now, as I get so much pleasure out of just sitting there watching them, they are quite comical really. When something spooks them and they all fly off, there is always a couple of them who stay and just carry on feeding.

Taking myself to the beach, treating myself to a healthy lunch, and dispatching some clutter while boxing up items and clothing for a local charity. It is a sunny day and I need to get some UV's... most of the tourists are gone, it has been lovely to be out there.

I am relaxed... which is what unnerved me as hell :cool: so from that point, work.
