A couple quarts of water, a warm cup of ginger/stinging nettle/turmeric infusion, and now some beet/apple/aloe vera juice. Made a big salad y'day with romaine, spinach, arugula, radishes, carrots, celery, orange bell peppers, red/green sauerkraut, dulse flakes, hemp hearts, and chickpeas to munch on for a few days....and I haven't thought far enough ahead for the evening meal, yet. Feels like it might be a soup night.
