thanks to this thread for reminding me to eat a meal. Had a turkey, sandwich and a couple chips with water. I think water is all I drink other than one cup of coffee in the morning and an occasional beer with my pizza. *jealous of crow's last meal*
Lemon water, red grapes, two apples, some cacao/date/raisin/almond/coconut/goji squares, and a big salad topped with a few dollops of hummus and some papaya poppy seed dressing. Dinner's gonna be even more salad, leftover veggie soup, and/or leftover spaghetti stuff.
