What's a majo roll @blackemerald1 ?

Been continuing with meal plan - varying the salad n veg - especially liked the beetroot finely grated in the food processor ~ more of a string shape than a box grater gives. Dressed with Dijon mustard n balsamic vinegar.

Also had 2 meals off plan - last minute lunch with a friend. Chose something suitably healthy. Jacket spud, beans n salad. And a curry made my Mr.
 
Cottage pie ~ altered the recipe to fit in with slimming world's ways. replaced half the beef mince with green lentils and added extra veg. And replaced half the potatoes with celeriac. Was actually delicious even though the mash didn't brown due to having no butter in it. broccoli on the side.

Wild rice stuffed acorn squash and succotash. Thanks to a volunteer acorn squash plant that came up next to the compost pile. Yum. :) Then overindulged in non-dairy nice cream and many mini choc chips. Not my best choice of the day.
 
Carrot/ginger/kale soup with a vegan grilled cheeze on some artisan rye bread for supper last night.

So far today, lots of warm ginger/sarsaparilla/winter blend herbal infusion and a couple quarts of water. Bananas and red grapes are next, then a salad with some hummus later on.

Supper will likely be a Mediterranean lentil and sweet potato stew and/or some falafel balls served on romaine lettuce boats.
