breakfast: chicken livers, leek, cauliflower and asparagus, plus coconut yogurt with ginger, cucumber, chorella and maca
lunch: mackerel same green as above with a juice: celery, ginger, cucumber, apple
snack: two packets of macadamias (total binge)
dinner: few scoops of coconut yogurt - another mackerel, plus a duck breast kale and cauliflower
Can't remember...I think I forgot to eat today. BUT, hubby is cooking porkschops and I just made a Greek salad soooooo I will soon be able to answer the question as to what I last ate or drank (or is it "drunk"?). :laugh:
