What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

40 oz. of Coke-trying to cut out sugar and caffeine (down to 1/2 of what I was drinking)Really need to lose the Coke calories.....arg
1 cup of goulash with kidney beans, a little beef, noodles, and onions
200 calories of mini pretzels
400 calories of chips (that overdid things)-yep.....need more fiber in my diet....like fruit/veggies
200 calories (3 cups choc protein shake & milk)-40 grams protein, 1/2 calcium, 1/2 vitamin D for the day.

I can do healthier than this.....
 
1 protein shake (200 cal)
1 bowl of bean soup (380 cal)
1 hamburger on a bun, with Velveeta cheese (a cheese from my youth-yum)
1 20 oz coke-240 cal.-down from 80 oz....of coke to 20......if my posts are crappy the next few days, you'll know why!
1 bottle of water (0 cal)

Gonna go out and get some greens for a salad snack and have grapefruit....
Lost 3 lbs.....
