What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

So I've been having sliced tomatoes & vinaigrette with me eggs in the morning but I ran out.

Thought I could toast one of the wholemeal baps but didn't want to tempt myself with butter.

And I love the combo of tangy vinaigrette with the eggs. Kinda gives the same hit as hollandaise sauce without the butter and the faff.

So I spread the vinaigrette on the toasted bap. Jobs a goodun
 
The warmer weather has me craving the cold smoothies more often, so I hooked me up, and froze some to eat as nice cream later tonight.

After drinking a little over a quart of H20, I tossed 4 big handfuls of baby spinach and kale, a tbsp. or so of sunflower seed butter, chaga and reishi powder, cacao, greens powders, flax milk, flax seeds, several frozen burro bananas, and more water into the blender and ended up with the chocolate/banana milkshake taste alike that I adore. Cell-ph care tastes so good on days like today.

I just got some roasted/marinated tofu cubes out of the oven and plan to add them to a bowl of dandelion/leek miso broth with some rice thread noodles later.
 
Curry. Same spices as last time with added nigella seeds, and this time chicken thighs, butternut squash & courgette.
Delicious.
