What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

One of our local eateries did an impromptu pop-up curbside gig today where you could order and pay ahead and have it brought to your car. We ordered their Asian noodle/veggie stir fry with a side of Asian slaw. Yum!

They also had french fries, which I haven't had in ages, unless I make and bake them myself, so I splurged and got some. Dangerously delicious.

A percentage of all of their sales were going to help two other local businesses, one being the hospital.

Just finished sipping on a hot cup of ginger tea as a nightcap.

Took me forever to find this! Sorry, @DharmaGirl, for taking so long to provide this. I'm not terribly organized or motivated these days. LOL

Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
4 T. butter
1 cup cream or half-and-half

1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions
2. Add 1/2 macaroni to greased cooker. Top with 1/2 the cheddar cheese, 1/2 swiss cheese, and 2 teaspoons of butter. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone, then add cream or half-and-half.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours 30 minutes.

I fiddled with this recipe a bit...macaroni was gluten free, I cut back on the swiss cheese and the butter, and used non-dairy cream. Next time I make it I'm going to use vegan cheese and see what happens.
