Yummy! Can you share the recipe? I love maccy cheese!

@DharmaGirl, for taking so long to provide this. I'm not terribly organized or motivated these days. LOL
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
4 T. butter
1 cup cream or half-and-half
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions
2. Add 1/2 macaroni to greased cooker. Top with 1/2 the cheddar cheese, 1/2 swiss cheese, and 2 teaspoons of butter. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone, then add cream or half-and-half.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours 30 minutes.
I fiddled with this recipe a bit...macaroni was gluten free, I cut back on the swiss cheese and the butter, and used non-dairy cream. Next time I make it I'm going to use vegan cheese and see what happens.
