I just cooked a steak I had in the freezer and shared it with LuLu. I ate so much sugar in the last couple days for a lifetime. I am a slow learner when it comes to sweet stuff.

Apple crumble. Granny smiths cooked with a splash of water. Crumble cooked separately on a large tray so as to stay crumbly. It was good.
