Just realised I had 3 "meals" today

The last food that I actually let pass through my digestive system was from 2, possibly 3 days ago.

- bite of coffee pudding
- bite of avocado pudding

They were handing out taste tests and I think I stood in front of the stand dissociating for longer than I thought so got offered another one, damn I think that's what happened.

Don't know how I feel about digesting sugar and it was only a bite size sooo assuming no more than 200 cals for both but the SUGAR !!!
