@Treaty . lol Or did you simply mean bullshit? Red Bull on the other hand may contain some actual bull material, or so I hear. Never was a fan of those kinds of drinks, as I was a die hard coffee, soda, and sweet tea addict.
Many things are highly processed and created in ways the other formerly used ingredients I'm trying to replace were. It's a simple attempt of me trying to cause the least amount of harm possible to other living things, and myself, when I consume stuff.
Coming from the hardcore "convenient" Standard American Diet heavy with meats and cheeses at almost every meal to a whole food plant-based vegan existence minus caffeine, alcohol, and also gluten was quite a major shift and remains an ongoing learning experience, and then some. lol
Can't reach perfection, although I've tried like hell in the past and suffered dearly for it, but the attempts I am making still feel a heck of a lot better to my innards and my overall well-being than my old choices.
What do you choose to use now? Coconut amino? Have you discovered any other alternatives that you feel better about using? I always love discovering and trying new flavors and options.
