What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Oysters :sneaky:

Last of the season until September! Woohoo!

(Okay... it’s a week into May. Shush. I’m up north & the currents are only just starting to shift. Still damn good.)

I prolly should have grabbed a gunnysack or three and a handful of friends and a bonfire... next year, maybe, maybe. Still... making an effort towards normal. Oysters were had & they. were. awesome.

Friends been there and will be there in spirit, already got grinny as hell you be eating. :)

... and fetched their food because if something is close to wantable paradise, its unicorn meat bagels with heaven slush, cough, I mean pineapple juice :D

Fresh garden salad topped with sriracha hummus and papaya poppy seed dressing, baked red potato, and a handful of non-dairy chocolate chips for dessert. About to finish off a cup of roasted dandelion root tea.

Several quarts of H20 and a quart of fresh juice made with celery, spinach, cucumbers, jalapeno, ginger, and apples. Feels like my battery is sufficiently recharged now. Yay! Deciding between more nice cream or some cara cara oranges next. Hmmm.....I wonder if frozen bananas mixed with the oranges would taste sort of sherbert-like. Those push-up thingies used to be a favorite treat in childhood. Might have to explore that combo.

Lunch
Sushi & sashimi
Seaweed salad
Peaches n soya yogurt.
Sparkling water.

Dinner
Chicken roasted with chilli n lime
Puy lentils
Green salad with Flageolet beans n red grapes
Glass of Vouvray

Last night we had taco salad with crushed tortilla chips, local greens, walnut taco meat, and homemade salsa....this morning, so far, lemon H20, then some mo'....next up will be a bowl of finely chopped apples and celery with some banana milk poured over it (made from blending ripe bananas with some filtered water in a blender) to give that crunchy cereal "feel" with the super sweetness I used to crave from typical store-bought cereals.
