...chicken that’s halfway between proper piri piri & tandoori!
Because I have the spices for tandoori, but getting piri piri sauce (and or peppers) is an Amazon couple week delivery challenge. (Ironically, from nandos!) Left out the yogurt & colors, added some Portuguese Smoke & spice I use for Linguica. So it’s something of a red headed stepchild, but damn it’s good! (As all red headed stepchildren know themselves to be :sneaky: )
water, water and two pints of fresh lemon and ginger
breakfast: livers cooked in onion, celery and ginger with asparagus and kale
late lunch: coconut yogurt with ginger, watermelon cucumber
dinner: fish, asparagus, cabbage, kale
need to drink more water!
Open faced shroombq on onion rolls topped with cole slaw made with purple cabbage/carrots/kohlrabis/raisins/veganaise/hemp hearts and a side of baked red potato fries.
