I have done the unhealthy eat once in a day thing today. But hey, I ate! Wasn’t a given. I had sourdough toast and cream cheese and smoked salmon with a cup of coconut tea. I am sitting and waiting but pretty sure I am also going to eat the last of my pear and apple compote, heated up, with some yogurt and maybe a splash of maple syrup.
