I had a bit of baked (pre-packaged frozen) lasagna, I am so burnt out on it, ...and grape flavored water.

Crumpets with vegemite.
Nettle tea

On the way home today DH stopped at the Siciliano deli and got us a sandwich from his ragazzo there. It was so good. When we got home I had hot Christmas tea ( the only English style the I have that I like at the moment).

V8 Coffee Coke & zappy toasty burger awesomeness.

(Weirdly, they’ve got “yeast extract” listed as one of the ingredients??? Along with not unexpected beef glaze. Lightbulb. Clearly, steakhouse burgers don’t need anything but salt, but the next time I have flavorless ground beef / beef mince, I theeeeeenk I’m going to add a dolluping teaspoon of marmite & better than bouillon & see what happens :sneaky: )

I ate half a tuna sandwich at 1pm. Guess I should think about eating something else soon.

Very low sugar granola with chopped nuts n coconut, added a scant tsp finely chopped candied peel, chia & linseeds, cacao nibs. Unsweetened koko milk.

Prunes.

Micro burger.
Peice of orange dark chocolate.

Chicken tortellini soup, a buttered roll and water. Vanilla bean ice cream with hot fudge for dessert. Deeelectable!
