I did good today.

Salmon for breakfast, burger for later, coffee throughout.

Pork shoulder steaks. First time having them - Mr used to cook pork spare rib chops, tasted similar to these but they got more expensive and these are still cheap.

Why? Why? Why, did I buy a jar of hot fudge?? Why? Omg. I've been having it on vanilla ice cream all week. WHYYYY?? ?
