Last night I had a patty melt and a few french fries with a couple of Blue Moon Shock Tops.

This morning scrambled eggs with mushrooms spinach and onion. English muffin with butter o.j. and Mt. Dew.

Houmous then a weetabix (never tried it before, it was alright) and some milk.

Home again, tomato n lentil grains, cucumber n tomato, french dressing n some sliced chicken

Lots of hydration happening up in here today. A quart of water, a cup of roasted dandelion root tea with some blackstrap molasses, and a cup of burdock root/sarsaparilla/ginger root tea. Cheers! (and welcome home, @berlinda !)
