Steamed cabbage and a baked white sweet potato, then some lemon water and a cup of peppermint tea.

Roast chicken and some cucumber slices

Dh has had really bad food poisoning. I just ‘made’ some powdered Jewish chicken soup ( which always makes me giggle as the powder is vegetarian) for us both.

I found some black tea I like online and had loads delivered. I have had four mugs of tea today!

Nachos; black beans, corn, peppers, and onions fried up with ground turkey and served with cheese and sour cream on tortilla chips.
