What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Stir fry - pak choi, cabbage, carrot, onion, baby corn, mange tout, bean sprouts, waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots,
Few shrimp, thread egg noodles,
Black pepper, chilli flakes, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil
 
A bowl of various goodies with my lunch date...spinach/mixed greens/roasted veggies/black-eyed pea hummus/tomato jam/pickled okra/onions/cabbage/Texas caviar/carrots/broccoli/cauliflower/lemon vinaigrette. Then we sat and talked, laughed, cried, exchanged g/f vegan recipes, self-care methods, heartaches, soul shine, etc. for almost 3 hours. Time well spent. So glad I went.

Dinner's gonna be roasted marinated portobella mushroom caps with a red baked potato and steamed spinach.

Currently sipping on a warm cup of dandelion/leek miso broth. I've grown rather fond of it rather than herbal teas all the time. Tastes especially good on such a cold day.
 
I've made easter buns without the cross x - I made twelve of then and there are now only nine left.

Extra 10 laps in the pool later today? ..sigh..

Plus a cup of tea. I started drinking it again about five months ago. Totally hooked on the stuff again. ugh..
