Making chicken and dumplings tonight. J is getting used to his new teeth so he's been doing lots of soups. He had some awesome clam chowder yesterday when we went out for lunch.

Yummy! For some reason I think peanuts go well in pumpkin soup.

Moroccan stew made with chickpeas, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, golden and regular raisins, etc. and a sandwich made with a vegan g/f bagel, smoked provolone vegan cheeze, veganasie, spicy brown mustard, sweet onion, bread and butter pickle, and lots of baby greens.

Sipping on a warm soothing cup of ginger brew now.

With the freakishly warm winter we're having, we haven't done as many soups/stews as we usually do.

Munched on a big ol' garden salad tonight with half of a spinach veggie wrap.

Meat-free loaf, dairy-free scalloped potatoes, and steamed mixed veggies with a slice of a g/f vegan pineapple/jackfruit/burro banana cake experiment...not too shabby for a first try.
