I visited another pack your own bowl cafe' and packed my bowl with salad greens, garlic roasted spaghetti squash, seasoned tofu, green onion, grape tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, black beans, Asian slaw, red onion, sunflower seeds, cashews, and topped with a spicy mango-basil vinaigrette. Impressive in quality, quantity, and price. Yay!
Then I made the mistake of popping into a little health food grocery space that sells my favorite ginger kombucha on tap and accidentally found gluten-free/vegan coconut chocolate chip cookies that were more like big fat cookie cakes. Holy crap they are amazing! Yep. I over consumed today.
