There is this juice that Welch's makes from peaches and white grapes. All I needed was one cup of it as the bottle says that is like having two servings of fruit.

Am unwell again also. Stomach not happy I gave it Salmon, half a pouch jamie oliver moroccan chickpeas spelt n bulgur. Cherry toms, cucumber, vegan feta. A banana.

Soft pretzel. For breakfast. LOL Not only is that not healthy, but it wasn't gluten free so I'll likely have a tummy ache. Not caring right now.

Lots of water, a handful of red grapes, a small banana with sunflower seed butter, a cup of garlic/red pepper adzuki bean miso broth, and celery sticks with hummus.
