Water, more water, some black grapes, a larabar peanut butter choc. chip, more water, celery sticks and hummus, and supper's gonna be leftover red beans and rice.

Couple quarts of water, my favorite smoothie, and a banana with sunflower seed butter. Gonna fix No Bull brand savory mushroom burgers and butternut squash roasted fries for supper, unless I get a different wild hair before then.
