Instant Udon

So... I have frozen udon noodles & a bottle of concentrated soup base (Mizkan - Oigatsuo Tsuyu) that I keep in the fridge.

Boil frozen noodles for 2-3 minutes, drain, add noodles to bowl, add a capful of dashi & boiling water from kettle.

^^^That kind of instant? Or is there a cup'o'noodles version out there?

Better than any cup-o-noodles by far. Most of them have a near lethal dose of salt along with a bunch of chemicals to simulate flavor.....

Grapefruit, OJ Coffee eggs over easy and hash browns.
