Smoked Mussels & Beer

ETA… On the upside? The beer washed the horrible smell (amaaaaazing taste! Why do so many great foods smell abominable? Cheese, I’m looking at YOU. Also smoked fishies) from my breath… but I managed to drip juice on myself… which necessitated a shower & change of clothes, the moment I was done eating. Still, damn good mussels.
